Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Beto’s AI, which operates Noa ("Noa", "we", "us"). By using the Noa app or service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Noa.

1. What Noa is

Noa is a personal assistant powered by AI. It can answer questions, remember your preferences, set reminders, work with services you connect, and use a web browser on a private cloud computer. Noa is currently offered as a test version through Apple's TestFlight, and features may change, be added or be removed.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple and must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Connected accounts and Noa's computer

When you connect a service or sign in to a website on Noa's computer, you authorise Noa to access that account and act in it on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You must have the right to use those accounts, and your use of them stays subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time.

Some actions have real effects: sending an email, archiving messages, creating events, submitting forms or changing settings. Noa may ask you to approve actions, and you are responsible for the requests you make and the actions you approve.

4. AI output

Noa's replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on Noa for medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, or for anything where a mistake could cause serious harm, without checking it yourself.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Noa to:

• break the law, or infringe other people's rights or privacy;
• harass, spam, defraud or impersonate anyone;
• access accounts or systems you're not authorised to use, or get around security, rate limits or access controls;
• create or spread malware, or attack or overload any service, including Noa;
• create content that exploits or harms children, or that is otherwise illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put Noa or others at risk.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to Noa and what Noa creates for you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide Noa to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. The service

We work to keep Noa available and secure, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, especially while in testing. Noa is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Noa or from actions taken at your request. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app, and continuing to use Noa means you accept them. You can stop using Noa and delete your account at any time.
